Ann McCartney is a freelance website designer based in Dublin whose design skills include XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver along with Ajax/Javascript and Flash implementation.
My aim is to create affordable, high-quality custom website designs. I love to design individual, creative and most importantly, usable, accessible and functional websites. I do not work from 'templates' and you can find out why on the faq page. Each site I design is unique and tailor-made for each client.
All of my XHTML and CSS coding is zealously done by hand and is W3C web standards compliant... which basically means your site will be more compatible with a variety of browsers now and in the future, load faster and generally rank higher in search engines. You can read some more about that here.
